How to order from our Resources page:

There are several ways you may order resources from the Center.    

  1. You may phone your credit card order to:  800-589-4567 (Monday through Friday 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time).
  2. You may fax your credit card order, anytime, to:  301-838-8525 (see shipping and tax information below).
  3. You may mail your order, with credit card information or check, to:  Center for Applied Motivation, 107 W. Edmonston Dr., Rockville, MD  20852  (see shipping and tax information below).

International Orders

Unfortunately we are unable to take international orders.

Shipping:

Items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service or U.P.S. Ground Delivery.  For express delivery, call for information and rates.  Items are normally shipped within two business days of receiving the order.

Shipping and handling charges, per order, will be added as follows*

$35.00 or less $9.00
$35.01 - $70.00 $11.00
$70.01 - 105.00 $13.00
Over $105.01 call for rates
* U.S. Locations only
5% sales tax will be added to Maryland orders.
